  • Junk and Spam Folders: Sometimes, emails can mistakenly land in your junk or spam folders. Please check these folders just in case your code has ended up there.
  • Work Email Issues: Some workplaces have stronger filters for incoming mail. Check with your IT support team to see if they can help locate the email, as it may be blocked from reaching you.
  • Email Accuracy: Excitement can sometimes lead to typos. Double-check that you entered your email correctly when signing up. Even a small mistake can prevent your code from reaching you.
  • Inbox Capacity: Is your inbox jam-packed? We've all been there! Clearing out old emails might create space for your code to land comfortably.
