All our personalised products are custom-made, according to the specifications you've previewed and approved with us on our website. Once you place your order, the creation process begins, and we cannot make any changes to your order, including the spelling provided.
We understand this is not ideal; however, we are transparent with these limitations throughout the ordering process and provide multiple checkpoints to confirm you're happy with your order before submitting it.
As our customers use lots of spelling variations, we can't know if the personalisation you have provided is correct or not. This is why we provide a visual preview of your product for you to approve before adding to the cart and then details of the personalisation for you to double-check your spelling before proceeding to checkout.
While we cannot replace or refund products with a spelling mistake, we'd love to help where we can, so please don't hesitate to contact our team to discuss other options.
