We understand how puzzling it can be when your parcel is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it. But don't worry; we've got you covered. Here's what you can do:
- Confirm with Others: Sometimes, someone else at the delivery address, like a colleague or partner, may have accepted the parcel for you.
- Check Your Surroundings: Your local carrier provider may have left your parcel in a safe spot if you weren't home. It could be behind something, in your mailbox, or out of view from the street.
- Confirm Your Address: Make sure the shipping address provided is correct. Any mistakes could result in delivery to the wrong place. You can find this in your confirmation or shipping email.
- Check Your Order's Trackability: Only trackable orders receive live delivery updates. If you chose our envelope service, you won't get tracking updates.
- Check for a Collection Card: A card may have been left by the carrier provider for you to collect your parcel at the post office if they couldn't deliver it.
Still no luck? Time to call in the experts. We recommend contacting your local carrier provider. They're pros at finding packages and are best placed to investigate.
