- Shipping: After product creation, we'll ship on your chosen service. Choose from 3 options that best suit your needs.
- Standard Envelope: Great for those not in a hurry. Delivery is typically within 10 business days in Australia and 15 business days Internationally. Note: No tracking is available, so delivery time is not guaranteed.
- Standard Parcel: Perfect for those who prefer to track their orders. Delivery usually takes 2-12 business days in Australia and 6-12 business days internationally.
- Express Post: Best for those needing fast delivery and tracking. Delivery is typically within 1-5 business days in Australia and 4-8 business days internationally. Note: This does not reduce the time to create your products.
- Pick Up: If you're in Melbourne, come to our HQ to collect your order. We'd love to meet you, and it saves on delivery time and cost. Open from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (ex. public holidays).
