What cannot be returned?

While we strive to be as flexible as possible at Hippo Blue, there are a few situations where we're unable to accept returns. Here's the rundown:

  1. Change of Heart: Every Hippo Blue product is lovingly personalised just for you, making it as unique as your little one. Because of this, we can't accept returns if you've simply had a change of mind.
  2. General Wear and Tear: Our products are designed to accompany you and your child on many adventures. Like all well-loved things, they might show signs of wear and tear over time. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for these normal signs of use.
  3. Improper Use or Care: Each product has its own care instructions, kind of like a treasure map to longevity. If a product hasn't been used or cared for as per our instructions, we're unable to accept a return.
  4. Address Mishaps: If a package couldn't find its way home because an incorrect address was provided to us, we can't accept a return or issue a refund. To avoid this, please make sure your address details are accurate when placing an order.
  5. Spelling Errors: Our products are personalised with the exact spelling provided by you. So if a product arrives with incorrect spelling that was given to us, we can't accept a return. Remember to double-check before hitting that 'order' button.
  6. Delivery Delays: We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, but unfortunately, we can't accept returns or refund shipping costs for this reason. For any delivery issues, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
